KLH Team
The team at KLH were responsible for bringing forward the conceptual design and dealing with our planning application. Led by the wonderfully talented Lucy Godden and brilliantly supported by Asher Oxborrow and Rachel Cormack. All are passionate about encouraging women into the profession, are amazing advocates and role models and we are very grateful to them for all their hard work and support.
Architectural Team - Technical & Construction

Marta Holton M.Arch RIBA ACIAT
Senior Associate Architect
Marta is an architectural Team Lead and oversees work in the office. She regularly reviews the project and provides support to Antigoni and Faye. Her analytical approach to the design results in thought-out schemes delivered in consideration of the Client budget, addressing site and project constraints, and proposing the best solutions. Marta has nearly 20 years post qualification experience working in various sectors, delivering developments from small scale to multi-million pounds schemes. Marta often takes on an informal mentor role, volunteers at various career fairs and works directly with schools providing project reviews, sharing the experience and passion for architecture, and encouraging more women into the construction industry.

Antigoni Patsalou Cousins ARB RIBA
Senior Architect
Antigoni has been involved with the project following planning permission and is now in charge of developing the design further, from technical stage through to construction. Her approach is tailored to the specific needs of each project, always aiming to listen; as good design should improve quality of life, at no additional cost. Antigoni is passionate about female representation in the industry, highlighting the challenges faced in the profession whilst striving for a more equitable, diverse and inclusive industry. She is also a mentor at IWD, and has previously taught in Academia.

Faye Harniman BA Hons
Architectural Designer
Supporting Antigoni, Faye has recently been brought on board with our Project, focusing on the finer details and developed design process. With a degree in Interior Architecture, Faye has vast experience working within interior and spatial design in several sectors, investigating ways of making indoor spaces functional yet aesthetically pleasing. She focuses on the use of colour, light and exploring textures and materials. Faye is a keen advocate of woman in construction and is looking forward to being a part of the team.
Surveying and Engineering

Caroline Emery
Founder and Managing Director of Metra Surveying Limited, measurement and surveying specialists. Metra carried out our Building Survey. Caroline is leading the way for women in the survey industry.

Heidi Jones
Senior Quantity Surveyor at Castons, Professional Property and Construction Consultants. Carried out a costing exercise for our proposed extension and renovation (to see if it matched our budget!) Heidi came highly recommend and we can understand why. She has provided an excellent, professional and pragmatic service and really understood the objectives of our project.

Holly Peirson
Graduate Structural Engineer. Holly is responsible for the structural design of our extension and renovation. Having graduated with a first class honours in her part time Civil Engineering degree, alongside working in the construction industry, she became a structural engineer in 2022 and firmly believes that even though its hard work, it is a brilliant way to get into the industry. Holly is a shining example of the talented young women entering the industry and carving out a career. Holly’s key drives within the industry are to showcase sustainable designs and to promote woman into the industry. We loved Holly's tree app when she carried out her structural survey!

Anni Folan-White
Partner at Ingleton Wood, a Property and Construction Consultancy. Anni is leading on the Mechanical and Electrical input to our project, including the design and installation of our air source heating system. Anni has a wealth of practical experience to draw on. She lists her likes as travelling, squash, open fires, good wine, green Starbursts and apparently… talking!
